Positive section of review
Right near the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and a walk to The Grand Bazaar. The hotel staff are lovely and very welcoming, especially Ramazan who works on reception. I arrived very early and they let me eat breakfast with the staff and the manager checked me in early to an upgraded room. The breakfast was plentiful and you can have it on the rooftop enjoying the sea or Mosque views, or in the breakfast room. It was also great to come back to a quiet area after a day of being in the summer tourist crowds, and to go for a walk along the water front.

The rooms are spacious which is rare for Turkey. The street is quite noisy but the soundproof windows cope with it. Stunning bed, modern and spacious bathroom. The roof terrace is very nice for breakfast. And the food is freshly cooked and tasty. The location is great - next to the bus station, has car rent office across the road, the only big shopping mall in the city is 5 min away, nice and safe area in general. 20-25 min walk to the city center and the seaside.

Hotel location is the best. The rooms and surroundings are very clean. Got immense help from the staffs, especially Kemal. They helped us to book our ballon ride, red and green tour and also airport transfers. They were very proactive in helping us whenever we needed any help. Loved the breakfast. If I ever come back to Goreme I’d surely stay in this hotel again. Completely satisfied with everything.

We liked absolutely everything. The design of the room, the toileteries and the most important - gorgeous balcony with a stunning view + a private pool on it (will take around 2h to fill it). A one of a kind experience. The breakfast was delicious and the reception lady was very helpful answering all our questions. The location is great, and parking is doable.

Stylish, brand new, medium size house in a very beautiful, very green area in acceptable distance (about an hour driving) from Fethiye and the best beaches. There are superiour routes uphill through stunning nature with amazing views for sport exercise walking.

Some minor facilities fixes and improvents could be done, e.g. pavement added to barbecue area for wet weather, pool ladder replaced to stay firm and vertical. The house is located in village area, village sounds (roosters) are there.

Large, clean room with a comfortable bed in a good location. Walkable to train station that links with the airport. Breakfast not well restocked, but passable if you just need some fuel.

Disappointingly mediocre front office staff, particularly the female in the front desk. I was charged 600 lira for 2kg of washing - having had the same items washed in central Istanbul for 300 lira within 4 hrs. Miro Otel laundry service required 24 hrs! When I came back from my long day in Ephesus expected my laundry to be returned, I was told it would require ANOTHER full day. 48 hours to turn around t-shirts, leggings and Sox. When I said that didn't work for me I was informed it didn't matter because I wasn't checking out the next day...huh? When I check out has no bearing on taking 48 hrs to do a load if washing. Appalling attitude, a lack of training and poor career choice all on display. I said I needed it that night, and, lo. It appeared. No apology, no explanation. There are other options in that area. I would recommend looking at them.

The managing agents are lazy or incompetent or try to prevent cancellation if they tell how to access the property earlier. I emailed them several days earlier to to send access instructions. They responded that it will be supplied later. Then I asked for it again during layover in Dubai with no result . At Istanbul airport there were problems with getting my E sim phone connected once it was working I sent a message asking for access codes. They demanded my Passport photos which they said had to be sent via a link but I could not see any link. I sent the photos via Whatsapp and got into taxi I also sent a message that if the codes are not sent now I will cancel and go to another hotel. I got response that their team is there, but when we arrived there was nobody . A person passing by rang the caretaker who arrived about 15 minutes later and then spent about an hour trying to figure out how to make a Justin app to work on my phone . My wife was very upset at this stage exhausted after many hours on plane. He eventually got it working. Living areas were O.K but there were no cleaning sponges, or detergent in the kitchen area. Scraps of food were still baked on frying pan. There are plumbing issues in the bathroom / toilet area with sewage gases escaping to it. However if door was kept closed it did not affect living area. The exhaust fan was noisy as it was probably ran non stop due to above problem. The drama of accessing the property could have been avoided if the instructions were supplied earlier and about necessity of having a working phone with number not just data only sim and to have Justin App ( I only learned about its existence at the property) ready on my phone.
