The rooms very comfortable, beautiful large bathrooms and well appointed in general! Ayu and her staff provide excellent, genuinely welcoming service! The attached restaurant Warung Memeri is EXCEPTIONAL!!! You don’t have to go far to enjoy truly exquisite local cuisine!! They serve the included breakfasts so you know meals will not disappoint and they are open for lunch. Super friendly service!! Please be kind, “global travel ambassadors” and tip generously. You won’t find better service!!

This place is amazing. It’s very quaint, peaceful, the rooms are modern and stylish, overlook the pool. Seconds walking distance to bars and restaurants and about 10 mins flat (No hills) walking to the beach with all its activities and beach bars. I think that this will become a firm favourite hotel for people and getting a room will be hard as it’s unique and very central.

What a great place to spend New Year's Eve and a few extra days. We had a wonderful time and a great massage at the Spa. The pool bar was also a great way to spend lazy afternoons. Right on the beach and close to shops and nice restaurants. Really nice walkway along the beach as well. We had exceptional service from each and every employee, and everyone was always willing to assist.

we stayed in the Spa Suite with ocean view. the room was fantastic, we can highly recommend it. besides the very large bed-and bathroom, the suite had a huge terrace and a separate spa room, which can be accessed by the spa therapist without having to go through the main bedroom. great sunrise views, with the club access customers have also afternoon cocktails in the Pier Eight Restaurant at the beach front included. Location in Sanur is great!!!

Yanma arranged pick up from the airport and we welcomed by the lovely staff here. The beds are very comfortable, a dip in the pool was lovely. Wifi is good. The beach is a short walk away and there is plenty to do. We enjoyed the beach resorts and the windsurfing. Everybody is really kind and the food is great! Nusa gives wonderful massages. I definitely recommend that! Communication was easy, Yanma is very helpful. Overal we really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend it!

For a family it is truly an ideal configuration as the kids were sleeping on the first floor bedroom and we were on the ground-floor one. But as you have a private mini garden (that you can lock with a private entrance) we truly felt safe to let our kids in the other room. Sanur is as well very family friendly.
