An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The room exceeded my expectation! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It is located in a residential area, a little far from the centre but that makes it a perfect area to have a quiet pleasant stay. You can travel around conveniently as the place is close to a tram station(tram no.19), which can take you directly to the central station or other big train station if you needed to. The host is super helpful, he tried his best to help us book a tour we wanted as well but we couldn't find any availability. That's ok though, we enjoyed the place a lot!

The neighborhood was great, very clean and quiet, plenty of stores and parks. The apartment itself was very clean, quite spacious, all the necessary amenities, big bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, very comfortable bed and pillows, big windows and lovely view. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and the host was very nice and checked us in right then. Highly recommend it if you plan to visit Munich. I will definitely return in the future.

    Due to an international fair, this was the only option I could book in Munich for a reasonable price, even two months in advance. This is a studio in an apartment block located in a nice green modern neighbourhood reasonably close to the underground station Arabellapark 10-15 minutes from the city centre. There is also a huge supermarket (NB it closes at 8 pm). The studio has a balcony and fully equipped bathroom and kitchenette. I did not need most of the facilities offered, but having a fridge, a kettle and dishes is always very convenient.

    Modern fully self-service accommodation. Fully equipped studio apartment. Everything clean and tidy. I appreciate the parking, although paid. Close to the metro station. Useful coffee maker in the room.

    The apartment has a good location near the central station of Munich. The district, in general, is a bit noisy. It is full of multicultural life (there are many hotels, Asian and Arabian restaurants and shops). The personnel at the reception were helpful and friendly. Our studio had a kitchen that was equipped well with all needed stuff such as the stovetop, the microwave, the coffee maker, etc.

    Hello, everyone! Location was super! Nearest U-Bahn station was "Oberwiesenfeld" am U-3. It took 5-7 minutes to access station. We booked entire apartment. It had one separate bedroom and living room with studio type kitchen corner. Beds were good for children (9 and 10 years old). The hotel stuff was very pleasant. The stuff offered "breakfast" , 20 euro for each person, but we did not take it. The dishes and kitchen equipment was OK.

    Clean comfortable modern secure studio apartment. Basic but well equipped kitchenette suitable for a short stay was very clean and included a washing machine. Two supermarkets close by. Daily room service. Nice outlook within short walk to Munich East train station.
