The owners and the staff are among the nicest people that I’ve ever met during decades of Travel. I would recommend that anybody visiting Lisbon should make the hour and a half drive to experience the magic of this place. I did not have time to get an international drivers license before we arrive so I was taken down Lisbon by car once there these people made sure they fed, transported, and taken care of in every way possible. I feel like I made friends for life in a few amazing days.

The house offers accommodation in double and twin rooms. All the units feature a private bathroom. Each has access to an outdoor leisure space, with a meal area and a countryside view. Free WiFi is available in the rooms and in the communal areas. Great place. It is QUIET. I loved it, but make sure this is what you want! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh food and deliscious. It was easy to drive to beaches, restaurants, etc. The pool area is, of course, beautiful and peaceful.

There is a large living room area, complete with bar, billiards and newspapers. The vast property has a lake, where guests can take a boat ride, as well as several hiking trails and an animal corner, with several farm animals. The Herdade do Sardanito da Frente also has an orchard. The bungalows are a wonderful retreat from some of the bigger hotels and living next an orange orchard was sublime. The staff bent over backwards to meet all our needs, and everything was perfect!

The hosts are very forthcoming and provided us with fresh fruits from the garden, as well as fresh eggs from their own chicken. Bonus points for the pool and the most chill dogs we've met 👍
